Terms & Conditions
Effective from 24 May 2026.
1. About us
KD Tours is the trading name for farm tour experiences operated by KD Genetics Co., Ltd.(“we”, “our”, “us”), registered in Thailand and based at 40/5 Moo 3, Koh Tao, Surat Thani 84360, Thailand.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By booking a tour with us — whether through this website, WhatsApp, email, or in person — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our linked policies (Privacy, Refunds). If you do not agree, please do not book.
3. Tour bookings
All tours are by appointment only. Group sizes are deliberately small, so we confirm each booking individually after you contact us. A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed a date and received any required payment. We may decline a booking at our discretion (for example, if the requested date is fully booked or unsuitable for weather or safety reasons).
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable Thai taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of booking or order. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We may also accept bank transfer or cash by prior arrangement.
6. On the tour
Our tours take place on a working farm property in a tropical environment. Please wear sensible footwear and clothing, bring water, and follow your guide’s instructions at all times. Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Photography for personal use is welcome; commercial or press photography requires prior written permission.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Our refund terms for tour bookings are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Liability
You take part in tours at your own risk and accept the inherent risks of an outdoor farm environment (uneven ground, sun, insects, etc.). To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any single booking or order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence.
9. Intellectual property
The KD Tours name, logo, photographs, and written content on this site are owned by KD Genetics Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced for commercial use without our written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from a booking or order will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
