Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tour cancellations

If you need to cancel a confirmed tour booking:

• More than 48 hours before the tour: 100% refund.
• Between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund.

If we need to cancel — for example, because of severe weather, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control — you’ll be offered either a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds via Stripe usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Bank-transfer refunds are processed within the same window.

How to request a refund or cancel a booking

Message us on WhatsApp at +66 98 826 8290 or email tours@kdtours.tours with your booking or order reference. We aim to reply within 24 hours and process the refund within 1–2 business days of confirming it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Thai consumer- protection law. If a product or service is genuinely defective or misdescribed, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the timeframes above.
