Who we are

KD Tours is operated by KD Genetics Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand and based at 40/5 Moo 3, Koh Tao, Surat Thani 84360, Thailand. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this site and through our booking and ordering channels.

What information we collect

• Booking and order details: your name, email address, phone number, and (for apparel) your shipping address.
• Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or expiry date.
• Messages: the content of messages you send us via WhatsApp or email.
• Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser, page visited) collected by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To confirm and deliver your tour booking or apparel order.
• To contact you about your booking or order.
• To process refunds, returns, or warranty claims if needed.
• To comply with Thai tax, accounting, and consumer-protection law.
• To keep this site secure and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

• Payment processor: Stripe, to process your payment.
• Shipping carrier: the courier we use to deliver your apparel order (e.g. Thailand Post, Kerry Express, Flash Express, or J&T Express).
• Hosting and analytics: Vercel, which hosts this site and may retain minimal access logs.
• Authorities: where required by Thai law (for example, tax or consumer-protection authorities).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies needed for the site to function. We do not currently run third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this page first.

Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to certain processing. Email us at tours@kdtours.tours with the details of your request and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

How long we keep your information

We keep booking and order records for at least five years, to meet Thai tax and accounting requirements. Communications are kept only as long as we have a working relationship with you, plus a short period afterwards in case of follow-up questions or disputes.

International transfers

Our payment processor (Stripe) and hosting provider (Vercel) may process limited personal information outside Thailand. They are bound by their own privacy and security commitments, and we only share the minimum information required for them to provide their service to us.

Children

Our service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted at the top of this page.
